Hello!

I am a nurse by profession and I have been in the healthcare sector for almost 10 years, advocating and promoting various health programs, actively engaging in health promotion activities, and delivering quality and effective primary health services.

All these years I have been well-oriented in the dynamics of delegation, customer service, planning and demand generation, problem-solving, and decision-making.

Prior to entering the healthcare sector, I was a sales representative. I had the opportunity to be trained to provide sales presentations to a range of prospective clients, identifying new markets and customer leads.

With the global health and economic crises we are facing today, I have decided to shift my career goals in parallel to my family's needs and for my self-growth, as well.  I am now venturing out of my box as I start a new, challenging career shift. To prepare for this career change, I enrolled in Surge Digital Academy to equip myself with skills to meet the demands and competition in the digital world.

Indeed, life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes as Lao Tzu said. Change is inevitable and with its inevitability, I am embracing the challenges that change is bringing. With this new chapter of my journey as a virtual professional, I dedicate myself to delivering excellence in every task that I do.
